openCom LTE warranty
Coverage
Any openCom LTE purchased directly through our store comes with a 12 month warranty, counting from your date of receipt, and covers any potential defects in the product which negatively affect the functionality, including:
- Defects in the enclosure
- Defects in the board
- Defects in the components
Remediation
In the case that a defect as mentioned above is present in your openCom LTE and you are within your warranty period, we will offer you a choice of:
- Repair of your product, at no cost (where possible)
- Exchange of your product, at no cost
- A refund
Please note however, a repair may not always be possible, and we reserve the right to revoke this option on a case by case basis if it is not practical.
Non-coverage
Please note, this warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Negligence on part of the customer
- Third party modification or repair
- Regular wear and tear
Claim
Email us or message us on XMPP at contact@liberatedsystems.co.uk to submit a warranty claim to us. Please provide us with evidence for your claim in your email or message. If we accept your claim, we will pay your postage to return the product to us.
